1. Assist the Branch Manager.
2. Manage daily report, in collecting and analyzing data.
3. Knowledge of the Company’s products, and services.
4. Ensure costumers needs and enquiries, fulfill customer satisfaction.
5. Skill in communicating with a diverse group of incoming callers and visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the company.
6. Skill in the operation of standard office equipment. (Word-Excel)
7. Follow up concerning the market survey, orders, invoices, statements of accounts, and collection.
8. Ability to effectively communicate - speak and understand - in both Arabic and English.
9. Demonstrated ability to type accurately in Arabic and / or English in the use of work processing reports.
